Southern Institute on Children and Families
140 Stoneridge Drive, Suite 140
Columbia, SC 29210
The Southern Institute on Children and Families is an independent, non-profit organization that improves the well-being of children and families through knowledge, leadership and action. We work with federal, state and local leaders and businesses to tackle critical issues facing lower-income children and families, and turn that knowledge into effective solutions that improve opportunities and change lives.
Our work has resulted in dramatic improvements for millions of lower-income children and families across the country on a range of issues, including health care coverage, child care and early education and other policies that support working families. Please visit the How We Work and Current Initiatives sections of our Web site to learn more about the ways we are making a difference in the lives of lower-income families and children.
